Financial Arrangements

Our financial arrangements are quite generous. These are worked out on an individual basis to suit the circumstances within general guidelines.

The present ingoing contribution for the two bedroom units is under $100,000, with part refunds granted if residents vacate a unit within a set 'Refund Expiry Period'.  In addition to this residents pay a low fortnightly rental, with residents able to receive Centrelink Rent Assistance if they meet Centrelink eligibility guidelines.
 

Financial arrangements for our one bedroom units are very flexible and are tailored to individual circumstances. That can involve a very low ingoing contribution with a rental closer to the market rental value.
