We are a fully approved community charitable body that provides independent living units for senior people on an affordable basis. We own and operate a Retirement Village at Foster, which is in the South Gippsland region in country Victoria - about two and a half hours drive from the Melbourne CBD.

All administration and most of our maintenance work is done by community volunteers. Our interests are totally aligned with those of our residents.
 

We do all maintenance work so residents are free to enjoy their retirement years free of such concerns.
 

We are surrounded on two sides by natural bushland, yet we are only 300 metres from the centre of town so residents enjoy the great aesthetics of Linton Court while remaining close to all services and community facilities.
